• Achieved California Secretary of State certification of our testing consultant, and consequently voting solution, developed for Los Angeles County, the largest election contract in the history of the US - $280M. Managed the QA strategies and testing approaches, including a complex set of County test cases, scenarios, and scripts.

• Managed all QA activities for numerous technology solutions in various global projects, including citizen registration, biometric verification, voter authentication, and electronic voting systems. Participated in the development and testing phase and performed on-site deployment as a technical support expert.
• Led agile quality assurance initiatives, improving project delivery timelines and quality.
• Monitored and controlled test plan execution and reporting within the stated deadlines.
