Researches & cross-references regulations to ensure separation packets are completed appropriately; establishes & provides information to boards; reviews and processes results; reviews & process packets for officer and enlisted promotions & transmits officer/enlisted vacancy announcements to subordinate units; returns incomplete or incorrect packets for correction & resubmission. Analyzes rosters and reports and coordinates with staff to determine need for personnel by grade, specialty, and education prerequisites within the limit of TDA/MTOE authorizations. Enters/validates data in automated systems (RLAS, ITRS, MEDPROS, functions; retrieves data from various information sources; compiles and analyzes data to identify trends, deficiencies, and accomplishments.
