• Predicted housing prices using both linear and logistic regression. To obtain an accurate performance, results were placed on kaggle which earned a Top 4% score. XGBoost Classifier was the core component in predicting the house prices using different markers.
• Retrieved information from the web. The crawled url's which were parsed for indexing. ElasticSearch was used as the base for creating a custom search engine which provided information. This project provided insight on gathering data in its raw form which was further wrangled for better processing.
• Cleaning raw data to fit relational databases using SQL and file systems like CSV,XML. Transforming relational data into non-relational data types. Manipulation of data using databases like MongoDB, RedisDB and Cassandra. CAP theorem was gravely emphasized.
• Designed a codebook and website which details how cold and hotspots affects the organic agricultural markets across county levels in the US.Detailed emphasis on the effects of sensitive data on a project design. Used ArcGIS software to further analyze and produce reasonable data for both customer and public for viewing.
