∙ Collects objective data such as vital signs, weight, pulse oximetry reading, pain scale reading, pain scale rating, visual acuity, nutritional intake and output and documents on appropriate form

∙ Performs EKG’s, phlebotomy, and splints as needed to help reduce waiting room times

∙ Assist with wound care and catheter insertion preparation as needed.

∙ Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery.

∙ Provide assistance to patient according to plan of care.

∙ Obtain and record initial and ongoing patient information throughout cycle of care, including vital signs, intake/output, calorie counts, and other patient information outlined by policy.

∙ Assist with mobility by regular turning, repositioning, and ambulating patients.

∙ Assist with patient with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

∙ Obtain and assist in the collection of specimens for diagnostic or waived tests.

· Deliver mail to different departments according to established deadlines and service standards

· Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.

· Know, understand, and always adhere to Company policies and procedures.

∙ Processed all incoming mail and logged in all checks and cash from customers.

∙ Load and unload all equipment such as computers or inventory as needed.

∙ Answered a multi-phone line system and performed administrative duties as needed.
