My experience with job briefings and how they set the day's work is what keeps an organization like this focused on their job tasks. It covers from the work location is going to be, how they're going to be protected, and what the job tasks they're going to carry out. Another important aspect to this is knowing when to find an end point to the job for that particular job. One last and important role is overlooking each job of that day so the transition from "old" equipment to "new" equipment is successful.

Installed grade crossings by introducing new equipment and retiring old equipment, utilizing Track-and-Time protection. Conducted testing before permanent service activation. I also played a big role in troubleshooting mistakes that were presented during these activities. Another important contribution for signaling was to teach those who were just learning. This made the individuals and company a stronger work force.
Signal systems was another job similar to the grade crossing jobs in regards to protection and testing the equipment before putting new equipment in service and then retiring the old equipment.(Even though these two systems serve different purposes, such as grade crossings and signal systems do.) They were similar in their procedure.
Maintained and periodically tested railroad equipment to ensure operational reliability and safety.
Implemented safety measures for track work in accordance with timetable literature, ensuring compliance and protection during operations.
