Over see Asst. Superintendents, with their day to day operations.

Sort, categorize, distribute and over see completion of inspection work orders. Responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies to complete inspection work orders.

Responsible for knowing NSPIRE deficiencies, identifying them in the field, and for ensuring Bmha properties are NSPIRE inspection ready.

Perform NSPIRE inspections with assigned inspector and oversee completion of any deficiencies within specific time deadlines.

Assist in execution of extermination scheduling and completion.

Maintain working relationships with contractors of all kinds to complete Bmha tasks.

Responsible for all maintenance repairs at assigned developments.

Responsible for maintaining clean grounds, ensuring grass cutting and snow removal are completed in a timely manor.

Responsible for running assigned crew of workers to ensure the above listed work is completed in a timely manor.

Must distribute work orders to staff, and write off all completed work orders.

Write purchase orders in Yardi to order supplies and bid out contractor work.

Maintain an orderly storeroom of supplies for staff.

Maintain time and attendance for staff in Kronos.
