- Designed and delivered more than 20 enterprise integrations across SAP S/4, Oracle Xstore, MuleSoft, Google Cloud, Azure, RFID, MDM, and Workday, establishing the integration backbone for Levi's global commerce platform and supporting over 100,000 API transactions daily.
- Extended SIM to the store floor by designing PI Mobile, a native Android app (Kotlin) for Zebra TC21 handhelds with DataWedge barcode scanning, so associates could capture counts on the floor and feed them directly into the SIM reconciliation pipeline.
- Led the RFID inventory intelligence platform from initial architecture through global rollout, pairing Nedap RFID hardware with cloud-based synchronization services to reduce reliance on manual stock counts.
- Directed root cause analysis and resolution for 15 to 30 critical production incidents monthly, leveraging patterns identified to eliminate repeat issues across the platform.
- Oversaw 100+ production releases, implementing CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions, Docker) that shortened deployment cycles and mitigated release risk, while mentoring 4-6 engineers in distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Implemented Oracle Xstore POS integration with backend order management systems, validated deployments, and troubleshot production issues.
