I started in the automotive glass and heavy equipment business in 1980 as an apprentice after school and then full time for 30 years as a technician and a manager. My responsibility's were dealing directly with customers and insurance company's as well as payroll and taxes, dispatch of job assignments and quality control issues. I owned my own auto glass company for 10 years before coming to Waste Management, March 2011. I started in Residential trash collection and then Recycle collections. I then went to Rolloff service and currently there . I believe in teamwork and teaching and training to get the best results to service our customers. I would appreciate an opportunity to use all my skills in a management position with Waste Management.
