  • Preformed a pre job inspection verifying that areas that meet a potential hazard of could be damaged are isolated, verified environmental conditions, and preformed a chloride and salt test (CSN Test) to ensure that the steel surface is free of contaminants
  • After completion of surface preparation, the surface was inspected to meet the Nace standard required
  • An anchor profile test was performed and environmental conditions were verified prior to coating application
  • Verified coating to ensure expiration date, mixing procedures and ratios, volume solids and that mixer was using proper PPE
  • Documented batch numbers for all parts and solvents used prior to application and environmental conditions
  • After completion of coating application various tests were preformed such as dry film thickness, Solvent Rub Test, Pull test, Bend Test (TSA Application), High and Low Voltage Holiday Test to ensure the quality and requirements by the client were followed
