  • Responsible for returning 4 tanks into service: Tanks #2616, #2617, #2618, and #2628
  • Reviewed Inspection Reports by DJA Inspections and Recommended Scope Repairs
  • Coordinated all NDE Personnel
  • Issued and Closed BUCKEYE permits throughout the duration of the project
  • Overseen all quality of work pertaining to the repairs performed by Consolidated Tank
  • Stayed in close contact with the clients Project Managers as well as the 3rd party contractor Project Managers
  • Worked very closely with plant Operators to ensure safety for them and all contractors
  • Successfully returned all 4 tanks to service for Bayonne New Jersey Terminal

  • Responsible for 2 Return to Service Tanks: One Carbon and One Stainless
  • Overseen the Demolition of a 20' by 10' carbon tank located inside of a Unit
  • Inspected the installation of 2 New Stainless 20'x10' tanks back inside of the units
  • Penetrant Tests were performed on all welds on all 4 tanks
  • Hydro Tests were performed on the the 2 new stainless builds
  • Versa was 3rd Party Inspections who we stayed in close contact with as well as Furmosa Plastics engineers who we were in direct support of
  • Furmosa Plastics was completed successfully


Exxon Mobile Plant-Baytown, Texas

API 653 Site Inspector

  • Responsible for 4 18" Hot Tap Installations
  • Coordinated an external roof jacking for safe tank entry and cleaning
  • Inspection responsibilities for an External Floating Roof for over 20 patch plates. All patch plates were Visually Examined and Penetrant Tested
  • Had excellent working relationship with Exxon's API 653 Inspector
  • Successfully completed all Exxon Mobiles Requirements

  • Assisted in Quality Control of 8, 120'x30' stainless steel Cryogenic tank covers
  • Verified proper Vertical Fit-ups
  • Verified all Horizontal Fit-ups
  • Visually Examined all welds
