Responsible for cleaning all dishes and also receiving orders from vendors and then putting away using fifo

Responsible for washing all dishes from employee cafeteria pots pans from main kitchens, responsible for cleaning kettle steamer’s and all walk-in culls and freezers , also participated in the set up and take down of various functions.

Responsible for opening dish area turning on dishwasher making sure all dishes pots pan were done from night before,also filling in for people who called in sick, sometimes ordering dish soaps.

I was responsible for cleaning all walk-in chills and freezers , ordering cheeses meats vegetables, can goods paper products plates silverware and cups. Conducted interviews,also coached employees when needed.
