- Maintained a safe work environment by strictly adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
- Trained new technicians on standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency across the team.
- Kept track of day to day inventory wether it was waste or 53'' trailers, empty/full.
- Made sure all new techs were crossed trained to the work in all aspects of the warehouse.
- Off load and reload 53" trailers up to 38,000 Lbs making sure trailer is compliance on the road, compliance with paperwork and making sure drivers were presented with correct placards upon finishing loading a trailer.
- Also upon off loading wether a 53'' trailer or box truck i had the guys make sure the correct count was offloaded.
- Emails is an everyday thing wether is to check on missing or extra pieces or fallowing up on paperwork discrepancy.
- Label/tag all waste that comes off trailers, after we tag all waste we have to weigh everything on our scale.
- Daily tailgate meeting about safety and any issues the guys have that they want to bring up. Scanning all waste to proper trailer.
- Facility inspections on work phone. and physically of the warehouse.
- Always helping out the guys in any situation they had wether is paperwork,helping with trailer,tagging waste,weighing waste, shrink wrapping pallets either by hand or machine over all just helping my guys out.
