My job consisted in creating labels for all the production. Assisting the lead to make sure all employees took their lunch and breaks on time. Assist with training new employees when short staffed. Prior to becoming a Packer specialist I was a production Packer for 8 years I was in charge of examining all production to make sure no plastic shards or metal pieces or plastic contamination were on the merchandise. I also translated new production ideas, new equipment and various things due to the fact that most employees only spoke Spanish and I was one of the few bilingual employees.
