My tasks for each job were different:
Back-waiter: Assisted the serving and bartending staff with cleaning up after guests. Delivering food in a timely manner. Helping the bar restock.

Server Trainer: Training new hires in the steps of service, and the culture of the business.

From March 2020 until July 2020. I stayed on with the company as an office administrator and helped with the day to day details of the business. The dining room was closed during this time, but we remained open for take out.
