My Name is Frank Anseaume (Ansome). I have been working in construction for many years. I was a superintendent from 1994 till 2008 I worked for two companies during that time. Carson/Adams Construction and Choate Construction. I then took an offer to work for Hyatt as a contracted onsite Project Manager/owners Rep upgrading there assets. I am self motivated no nonsense problem solver. It is of most importance for the project to move forward. It is very important to maintain schedule so that you are not stacked up at the end of project. In some cases that means you may have to work outside of sequence! I am an outside the box thinker when it can move project to maintain schedule.

- Project Manager-Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Bastrop, Tx. 2020 (Covid). Renovated rooms (450). This renovation was done during Covid therefore in two parts. Material from China caused the delay.
- Project Manager-Hyatt Centrix Philadelphia, Pa. 2020 while waiting for material in lost Pines I went and opened a new Hyatt centrix.
- Project Manager-Hyatt Regency lost pines. 2021 returned to return to Lost Pines to finish second 1/2 of renovation.
- Project Manager- Regency Orlando Orland, Fl 2021-2022 renovated Main bar at this 1600 room property, also did a new Restaurant in we created outside seating by building a seating area over water feature around the pool along With a new towel hut.
- Project Manager- Hyatt Regency Irvine Irvine, CA. 2023 -2024 Renovated entire hotel including lobby, Market, meeting space, Ballroom, lobby and created a new parking lot along with a brand new pool with service area minor kitchen equipment and bathrooms, elevator modifications all completed in 9 months
- Project Manager- Hyatt Office Coral Gables, Fl. 2024-2025 renovated a new space for satellite Office In Coral Gables
- Project Manager- Hyatt Regency Phoenix Phoenix, Az. 2025 - current new Fire Pump along with piping, PRV’s and hose valves, changed out main electrical gear, which required a power shutdown of the Building. The building remained open and occupied as we generators to power up hotel. Also did bathroom renovation in room (700)
