• Lead electrician on the Tennessee St. Solar Light Improvement Project:

- Ran a crew of an additional electrician, laborer, and operator to take down 21 existing street lights, and replace with solar-powered street light fixtures.

• Troubleshoot and repair traffic signal cabinets. Replacing relays, switch cards, load packs, fixing terminations, and replacing old controllers with new.
• Daily operation of a "bucket truck", working at heights in excess of 60'

• Installed bus duct for a new electrical substation from the transformer, to the individual switch gears.
• Enhanced workplace safety through meticulous adherence to electrical codes during installation processes.
• Became a certified rigger on various rigging apparatus through Cherne Contracting.
• Collaborated and coordinated with other trades to complete tasks efficiently.
• Installation of cable tray, ranging in width from 6"-36"

• Troubleshooted and repaired various pieces of equipment including: pumps, motors, motor operated valves, motor controls, generators, lighting fixtures, receptacles, circuitry and electrical control systems.
• Followed Lock Out/Tag Out and Zero Energy procedures.

• Worked on various pieces of equipment in substations around the plant (worked inside/repaired 4160V switchgear)

• Set up temporary power and disconnects for refinery shut down and Blast Resistant Modules.

• Helped complete system installations, including digging trenches, and breaking up concrete.
• Read and interpreted blueprints for installations of new and retrofit power, lighting and data systems.
• Followed local and state building regulations per the National Electrical Code.
• Installed low voltage lighting control systems such as Wattstopper. Including luminaries, occupancy sensors, and lighting control panels.
• Operated and worked in excess of 100' on boom, and scissor lifts.
• Operated a forklift and JLG Gradall to load and unload material.

• Installed underground and overhead conduits for the main power and data supply for various schools in Solano County.
• Laid out, spotted, and dug trenching with backhoe operators for underground conduits.
• Laid out multiple overhead lights using a laser and string line to provide accurate measurements.
• Installation of new switchgear, and terminations of copper conductors up to 750 KCMIL.
• Lead apprentice on a new fire alarm system for K.I Jones Elementary - in collaboration on design and execution oversight of project
