Summary

As a Construction Superintendent with passion for all aspects of the building process and pride in delivering quality products, I am interested in joining a larger construction company serving more diverse markets to continue my growth and development in the industry.

My experience in complete site development, class A industrial tilt wall buildings, tenant improvements and remodels has honed proficiencies in creating and managing schedules, job site logistics and safety, trade knowledge, tracking changes and potential credits throughout the project, and building relationships with clients.

Coming from a General Contractor with development and property management branches, I have performed various roles with responsibilities extending beyond the superintendent scope, gaining more detailed experience in estimating and budgeting, design coordination, permitting and plan review, document management and tenant/client relations.

I would love the opportunity to apply this valuable experience and become a respected team member, whether it be managing tilt wall buildings and tenant improvements or expanding abilities into institutional, healthcare, and multifamily construction.
