Items were handled by multiple analysts but due to time constraints, would handle most of audit (over 300 users) within a several day span to complete.
- Analyzed security incidents post-resolution, identifying areas for improvement in both technical controls and incident response processes. This included resolving over 900 account in a 30 day period.
- Reduced risk of cyber attacks by conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
