  • Resolved security audits to identify vulnerabilities and reduce repetition of items discovered. Some items required immediate resolution due to prevention of fines for non-resolved items. Items were handled by multiple analysts but due to time constraints, would handle most of audit (over 300 users) within a several day span to complete.
  • Analyzed security incidents post-resolution, identifying areas for improvement in both technical controls and incident response processes. This included resolving over 900 account in a 30 day period.
  • Reduced risk of cyber attacks by conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Performed regular reviews of user access rights, minimizing the risk posed by insider threats or compromised accounts. Requested to go over account to insure all access had been removed as required. As project was in gaming industry, important to remove access within set time period or client would face heavy fines from regulators.
