▪ Designed Lift System, Planned and Supervised Hoisting and Repair of an 80ton Plenum Chamber plus 8No. Cyclones combined System that had failed on its support(Skirt) and had fallen approximately 20m in the FCC Regenerator (**All procedures were reviewed and approved by UOP**)

▪ Lead Inspector for the Installation of a 180,000 Kg/h Crude Oil Heater Manufactured by Verga Engineering and Installed by Orsam (ORTEC Gp.)

▪ Assisted on the Specification Review, Design, Fabrication and Inspection of a New Crude Oil Heater Manufactured by Verga Engineering, Italy

▪ Rolled-On 60% of the Refinery’s Equipment onto the New Inspection Data Management System (I.E. Equipment Design Data, History, Corrosion Analysis, Maintenance Scheduling**)

▪ Identified and Reported a Deformation of the FCC Vortex Separation System (VSS) and Assisted UOP in the Assessment, Mitigation and Design of an Expansion Joint and Repair of the VSS Dome.

▪ Resuscitated the FCC Reactor Riser by Controlled Internal Refractory Repairs (**This Riser had been Recommended by UOP for Replacement in 2009 Turnaround Maintenance Inspection Due To Internal Refractory Failure**)

▪ Identified Cause Of FCC Catalyst Carry-Over, Prepared Repair and Installation Procedures and other Reactor Repair Procedure (**Welding, Material And Refractory Repair Procedures**)

▪ Lead Inspector for the Installation and Commissioning of a 70ton Packaged Steam Generator.

▪ Developed Job Descriptions for all Levels in the Inspection Department and Modified the Existing Organogram to Improve Reliability and Availability of Plant and Equipment.

▪ Lead Inspector for the Revamping of the Premium Forma Unit that had been mothballed for over 8 years.

▪ Lead Inspector for the Installation and Commissioning of 2No. Sea Water Pumps, Sea Water Pump House and 20inches Fiber Glass Pipeline from Tema Harbor to the Refinery.

▪ Lead Inspector for the 2009 Plan Turnaround Maintenance for the Crude Distillation Unit and FCC Plant (Responsible for Columns, Heat Exchangers, Vessels and Piping)

▪ Lead Inspector for the Installation of a 6000m3 Forced Draft Cooling Tower

▪ Lead Inspector for the Construction of 4No. Above Ground Storage Tanks.

▪ Lead Inspector for the Installation and Commissioning of 2No. 3000m3 Spherical Tanks for Gas Storage.

▪ Lead Inspector for the Construction of 1No. 3000m3 Spherical Tank for Gas Storage
