▪ Rolled-On 60% of the Refinery’s Equipment onto the New Inspection Data Management System (I.E. Equipment Design Data, History, Corrosion Analysis, Maintenance Scheduling**)

▪ Identified and Reported a Deformation of the FCC Vortex Separation System (VSS) and Assisted UOP in the Assessment, Mitigation and Design of an Expansion Joint and Repair of the VSS Dome.

▪ Resuscitated the FCC Reactor Riser by Controlled Internal Refractory Repairs (**This Riser had been Recommended by UOP for Replacement in 2009 Turnaround Maintenance Inspection Due To Internal Refractory Failure**)

▪ Identified Cause Of FCC Catalyst Carry-Over, Prepared Repair and Installation Procedures and other Reactor Repair Procedure (**Welding, Material And Refractory Repair Procedures**)

▪ Lead Inspector for the Installation and Commissioning of a 70ton Packaged Steam Generator.

▪ Developed Job Descriptions for all Levels in the Inspection Department and Modified the Existing Organogram to Improve Reliability and Availability of Plant and Equipment.

▪ Lead Inspector for the Revamping of the Premium Forma Unit that had been mothballed for over 8 years.
