Summary

I have been a member of this organization since 1983 and helping people list and buy homes for over 42 years. For the past 35 years I have also been engaged in running the land development and homebuilding for the company and creating numerous subdivisions and hundreds of new houses for our community. I believe in Community involvement and have been involved with many different outside organizations as well as a member and advocate of RPAC for the organization. Some of my external activities has been as an elected member to the Winnebago County Board for 2 terms where I chaired and served on several committees, such as, Zoning, Finance and Economic Development. I have also served on the board for the Arthritis Foundation and been active with the fight against Diabetes, as well as, the Greg Lindmark Foundation. I currently am on the board for the Winnebago County Housing Authority.

I look forward to opportunity to serve the Northwest Illinois Alliance of REALTORS, and hope that my business and community experience can bring insight to the organizations goals for this new entity.

  • Ran and managed the land Aquisitions, Land Planning and Development and Homebuilding from 1986 - 2024. During that time I was responsible for aquiring and developing over a dozen subdivisions and handled the building of hundreds of single and multifamily homes in Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counties. My daily duties included the following:
  • Managed day-to-day business operations.
  • Negotiated, Hired and Managed over 30 different trades involved in the land development and building processes
