• My biggest accomplishment working at Protofab was having the opportunity to run the Muratec MT200. The MT200 is a multitasking turning center with triple turrets, duel spindles, live tooling and half indexing.

I started working as a cook then got promoted to forklift operator. My role as a fork lift operator was very important to the company my duties included operating the depallitizer and palletizer on the bottling line, shipping and receiving, stocking, taking inventory, and whatever was needed!

At SPM I was operating multiple machines and some programming for the lathes they would give me the finish tool paths then I would program the rest of the operations on the machine .

I operated a Nakamura Tome TMC 15, TMC 20, SC300,TMC400, and a Hitachi Seiki hitec turn 40" lathe 

I ran parts for the aerospace, medical,and oil field.

Here I ran a Mori Seiki Lathe with Fanuc controls

At the Grayloc devision of Oceaneering we manufactured seal rings and hubs for sub sea and land based drilling company's

I operated a Daewoo puma 350 Lathe with Fanuc controls

I did a lot of threading,editing programs, dealing with close tolerances and troubleshooting problems with the programmer to figure out the fastest way to finish parts while assuring quality and safety standards

Here I operated the Cincinnati HBM, Shibaura HBM, and the Bullard VTL with 45" table
