Onsite Tech for Pinal County Jail. Maintained and repairs telecommunication equipment, associated computers, tablets, networking , and electronic equipment. Providing both technical and administrative duties. Essential duties also to include collaborating with other staff members to coordinate tablet usage schedules. Trained incarcerated individuals on how to use tablets effectively and responsibly. Responsible for maintaining inventory of various electronic equipment. Repairs/installs phones, kiosks, video terminals and other required equipment within correctional facilities.

Onsite Tech for Pinal County Jail. Provided technical and administrative services. Provided installation assistance, training on inmate telephony systems and services on as-is needed bases. Includes PIN/PAN, blocks/unblocks customer reporting, burning recordings to CD/DVD per subpoena and testifying in court when required.
