Store Manager of the Year 2016

I was awarded Store Manager of the year in 2016 by achieving all goals set before me.  I beat out 14 other stores in overall store staffing, team member training completion, achieving Sales Targets, and inventory control.  I was often pulled out of my store to help failing stores by coordinated clean up efforts and assisting in training and mentoring new General Managers.  I assisted in building a new store and helping to close other failing locations.  I was promoted to outside sales role for two years before returning to my original location and resuming managerial duties there.
