Manele Estates

April 2021 - June 2022

• Four house complexes with high-end finish and construction methods. Budget $21 million.
• Several tenant historical renovation projects.
• Historical renovations of several Pulama Lana’i owned houses. Period construction finishes, reproduced or restored to period detail. Budgets $120k to $525k.

Lana’i Farms Dwelling

Feb 2021 - April 2021

• First CLT house constructed in Hawaii; Trial project with a 1-month construction schedule. Budget $1.2 million.

Miki 5 Warehouse

July 2020 – Jan 2021

• 11,000 square feet sprung tent structure for warehouse use; Associated parking and access road work. Budget $800k.

• Onsite superintendent for Best Western Premier in Vancouver, Washington. $16 million budget for 132-unit luxury hotel; Project complete on time and within budget.
• Oversaw and provided day-to-day supervision and support to subcontractors and technicians while effectively minimizing change orders to meet the original project scope.
• Directed projects according to schedule and quality demands.

• Onsite superintendent for independent living facility in Newberg, Oregon. $18 million project budget for 38 custom apartment units.
• Worked closely with clients to coordinate site work and resolve issues.
• Supervised subcontractors to enforce adherence to OSHA regulations and work safety guidelines.

• Extensive remodels on several 'Jackson’s' gas stations and convenience stores.
• Remodels of several 'Plaid Pantry' convenience stores.
• Sourced suppliers and purchased necessary materials for work.
• Supported construction 100 + workers to facilitate timely completion of projects.
