I am a life long restaurant worker who has been a leader in almost every style of dining. I have worked every position from dishwasher at 9 years old, to server, bartender all the way up to headchefs and ownership. I believe working these positions, organizing and leading others to work in a restaurant environment smoothly, plus my education and analytical skills make me uniquely qualified to handle any position in the industry from critic, to food writer, to restaurant management.
