  • 2018 MDC InterAmerican Bldg. 6 Remodel, Miami FL 33135 - $25M acquisition and $47M Project

Miami Dade College's conversion of the Interamerican Plaza office building into a new campus facility. After acquiring the building in 2012. the college transform the building into an academic and student life center, and creating the expanded InterAmerican Campus. The renovated 15-story building now includes classrooms, a library, a student life center, a bookstore, a parking garage, and various learning and dining areas.
