I maintain and keep up with inventory levels to make sure that the supplies don't run out or get low. I receive and verify the supplies ordered by me inspecting the shipments to make sure the count is correct and there is no damage. i also organize the supplies in storeroom/warehouse by sorting items, placing items in the appropriate location.
Fills orders and disperses supplies requested by departments by pulling items from the shelves and logging the order.
Maintains and stores accurate storeroom/warehouse documents such as inventory information, shipping documents, and requisition forms.
Performs clerical duties such as answering phones, filing and record keeping, and checking emails.
I constantly communicate with vendors, departments, and other individuals regarding stock items or inventory. Any complaints that customers have or need information about the supplies, i'm there to handle in a timely mater. I'm active in the purchasing of items and contacting vendors, placing orders and receiving and items when shipped. i use Microsoft outlook to check emails sent to my work email also the email in which inner office orders that come through to be filled and sent off. I'm trained and operates on a daily basis in our financial system called MUNIS. In which purchases are made to supply our stock in the storeroom. I'm also rained and use daily an inventory system called, INFLOW. In which it keeps tract of the inventory of the entire storeroom. I'm trained and operate daily, several types of forklifts, pallet jacks(electric and manual) and dollies. I'm able to lift 50lbs or less. I use Microsoft Excel on a daily basis. i oversee others in training and assist in meeting the needs of others. I make usage of filing requisitions and orders that are received on. i am forklift certified from 2019 to current at my job site.
