Responsible for a five million dollar grant to re-engage high school students that had dropped out of school by developing five school-within-a-school programs on five of the comprehensive high school campuses, Served as the Principal of both the alternative high school and virtual program. Led the effort in providing a school-within-a-school for pregnant teenagers that were also enrolled in the alternative high school,
