Led 13 technicians in the performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on COMM/NAV, IFF, RADAR and Weapons Control Systems on 12 F/A-18E aircraft and eight Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared systems

• Led and trained 13 technicians in proper program and maintenance program and maintenance practices earning an overall “on-track” grade during work-center audits o Completion of 6,203 maintenance discrepancies encompassing 4,649 man-hours resulting in the flawless execution of 7,757 flight operations
• Assisted in completing 102 program audits, monitors, and 120 spot-checks spurring process improvement leading to a decrease in repeat discrepancies
