Maintain the safety and security of all offsite buildings, including patients, visitors, staff, and assets at all times.
Responsible for the training, growth and development of over 40 offsite officers.

Educate all staff by presenting Code Violet, and Code Silver training at all of the Dublin, Ohio locations.

As well, as responding to codes appropriately in a trauma-informed manner can reduce negative outcomes and help to build trust.
