Maintain the safety and security of all offsite buildings, including patients, visitors, staff, and assets at all times.

Responsible for the training, growth and development of over 40 offsite officers.

Use customer service and problem-solving skills and at times de-escalation techniques to resolve issues, disagreements, and conflicts.

Monitor cameras and patrol buildings to establish and maintain a high level of security.

Respond to all calls and quickly de-escalate any potential threat or security breaches.

Allow access for all new hires and or contractors as needed.

Respond to calls from officers with policy and procedure questions and provide guidance.

Educate all staff by presenting Code Violet, and Code Silver training at all of the Dublin, Ohio locations.

Developed Training for the Big Lots Behavioral health Pavilion on the effects of early childhood trauma and how it Influences brain development and thus human behaviors,

As well, as responding to codes appropriately in a trauma-informed manner can reduce negative outcomes and help to build trust.
