Warren G Harding High School is a name that should forever resonate apprehension in everyone across the great state of Ohio when an opponent sees the WGH Raiders on their schedule. The tradition of athletic excellence from the past needs to be reborn here in the City of Warren. It is time for a rebirth, a rebrand and put procedures in place to ensure future success on the field, on the track, on the court, and on the diamond. A strong leader, a proponent for athletes, someone who is able to provide quality coaches, top notch training and nutrition while instilling the mentality teams need to compete. Our goal is to compete on the state level. That should be the expectations of the sports programs at Warren G Harding High School. That goal is only obtained through leadership, hard work, dedication, commitment, and sacrifice. Warren G Harding has the tools to be successful once again at an elite level in all athletic programs. The community in Warren supports the Raiders, it is time for them to be rewarded once again with a product on the field that pays homage to the great teams of the past. The Administration is set in place at WGH to succeed in athletics without an emphasis of excellence and support of athletic programs no district can be successful without each other. The Athletic Director has a vital role in putting the proper pieces in place, proper leaders and role models in place for our young men and women student athletes. The proper investment has to be set in motion now.

Through time and effort, I have been able to foster relationships in the City of Warren, OH. I have had the privilege to foster relationships in the Warren City Schools. I have fostered relationships with student athletes in the City of Warren. I have dedicated 21 years of Law Enforcement service to the citizens of Warren, OH. I have put the time in to foster meaningful relationships with families in the City of Warren. It has had an immense impact in my professional career investigating crimes but it has opened lines of communication with Warren Families for athletic and academic advancement and success. The key to success is communication. Communication is vital in all relationships. Strong communication skills and leadership are of the utmost importance in progressing WGH Athletics forward.

The City of Warren is a town where they will erect a statue of you if you win or run you out of town if you lose. Passion for the Raiders and the eagerness of their loyal supporters to win again are expectations that excite me. Northeast Ohio is not the same without WGH Raiders dominating on the gridiron. Football drives the bus in Northeast Ohio and should be the catalyst for all sports within the district. I embrace that challenge as the new Athletic Director for Warren G Harding and will respect and don the Spear with great pride.
