• Manage day to day operations of the business
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. This includes setting sales targets, identifying target markets, and refining sales tactics.

• Teach new clients how to manage and navigate our portal to add new invoices and/or purchase orders.

• Perform due diligence on our Client's customers to determine approval for invoice and/or purchase order factoring.
• Run UCC searches and filings.
• Draft assignment agreements.
• Provide exemplary customer service to American Express Platinum Card members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone and other communication channels.
• Assist cardholders with a wide range of needs, including but not limited to billing inquiries, account management, rewards program information, and travel benefits. • Maintain a deep understanding of American Express Platinum Card features, benefits, and services to provide accurate and timely information to card members.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns, striving to exceed card members' expectations and maintain their satisfaction.
