I started first with Cameron Sales who was bought out by Pioneer Equipment. I started as a parts counter person and within 7 years I was promoted to Parts Manager and stayed there for 13 years. I ran the parts department and controlled the inventory. I was in charge of 5 employees and would wright the schedule to make sure we had coverage. In the time I was Parts Manager I increased parts sales those 13 years. I was given the opportunity to move into sales. I worked directly with customers and gave out quotes and build relationships, I would help to improve there equipment and gave advise on equipment needed.
