I take pride in this accomplishment considering I was new to the In-House-Marketing industry and finished as Marketing Manager Of The Year in my first year leading a single site. Holiday Inn Club Vacations decided to do a re-alignment of the regions and ultimately terminated the need for my Regional Manager position. I was offered a chance to come in as an In-House-Manager for Hill Country Resort in March. I took over the site at 93% of budget and finished the year at 113% above budget and won various accolades with the performance.
