  • I managed a Client Relationship Management system for one of the top Realtors in northern New Jersey, Justin Kiliszek. Also, the "vault" in the CRM system was filled with over 8000 leads in the form of phone numbers, emails and names. I solely called(3x), emailed and left a voicemail. Depending on the interaction I was to place them into 4 categories. The categories are Hot(Contact daily), Warm(Contact once a month), Cold(contact between 3 to 6 months) or DELETE(bad/fake lead). I was to also include notes with details about my interaction with the customers. All my calls were monitored and recorded.

  • I worked in all 8 Unload Banks spending a good portion of my time in bank 7. Each bank had 10 to 16 sometimes more depending on many factors. There was 1 2 docks per bank each carrying 1200-2400 boxes that needed to be conveyed. Mass and shape varied tremendously. On average we would off-load 15,000 boxes in a 4 hour shifts. Peak seasons we break the 20k mark and the hours would go up to 5 or 6 per shift. Some of us were clocking 73 hours a week. My bank had one of the highest ever seen package per hour counter clocking in at 14,300 on a goal of 4k-5k.
