In past jobs I was responsible for opening each facility each day, ensuring all equipment was powered on and ready for operations. I organized and made daily tasks to my team ensuring all responsibilities were clearly outlined. I managed various parts of the company including processing party reservations, handling paperwork, counting registers, and restocking of supplies. I also ensured all kitchen and operational equipment was functioning properly. During the course of the day I actively supervised staff, providing help and stepping in to assist wherever needed to maintain a smooth workflow. My role involved balancing leadership with hands on support ensuring all tasks were completed efficiently and on time while giving a productive and organized work environment. Whether in a seasonal restaurant or my other job my focus was always on maintaining high standards of service and operations.
