I was the lead defense investigator in State v. Quientin Parker, (TCSC# 19- 10035 4-34)-Thurston Co., State v. Matthew Sanchez, (KCSC# 19-1- 00958)-Kitsap Co., Pierce Co., and assisted defense counsel on State vs. Bruce Dietzen, (PCSC# 21-00647-5)- Pierce Co.; and State vs. Nathan Williams, -KCSC # 21-1-02391-SEA. All four of these undercover sting operation cases were eventually dismissed by the prosecutor or the court. I assisted defense counsel with Net Nanny cases in State v. Jason Boozer, (TCSC# 19-1-00366-34)- Thurston Co., State v. Jason Koster, (TCSC# 19-1-00333-34)- Thurston Co., State v. Aaron Hagerty, (BCSC# 17-1-00785-8), Benton Co., State v. Jace Hambrick, (remand on appeal from Division III), was lead defense investigator to attorney Charles W. Lane at trial which resulted in a full acquittal by jury,(CCSC# 21-1-00647-5). I have over two decades of criminal defense and civil investigative experience in Washington State and have conducted post-conviction investigative case reviews on WSP Net Nanny cases, such as State v. Bryan Glant, (TCSC# 16-1-01576-34)- Thurston County; State v. Tommy Quiroz, (KCSC# 18-1-00404-19), Kittitas Co., and State v. Ezra Wright, (TCSC# 16-1-01590-34)- Thurston Co. I continue to research and investigate criminal cases connected to the WSP Net Nanny Undercover Sting Operations.
