  • Consistently achieving an 88% availability on mining fleet, with a service and maintenance compliance rate of 90%, with parts in stock weekly.
  • Established a tyre management system, from setting-up a completed in-house tyre bay with workshop equipment to perform all change out and tyre repairs.

Accomplishments

  • Successfully assumed control over 2 operating mines.
  • Improved the overall plant throughput by conducting time studies from pit to plant and improving the availability and reliability of the necessary equipment needed.
