Banner University Medical Center Tucson Arizona I managed and lead a 24 Operating rooms A/V integration new construction installation successfully without delays with heavy involvement in the construction timeline ensuring conduit pathways, destinations, originations, and demarcation points were all in place per client requests for a seamless installation from August of 2018 - to February of 2019.
Memorial Hermann Medical Center Houston Texas I managed and lead a multi-phased A/V integration project starting in June of 2019 to December 2019 with 19 standard Operating Rooms and 5 Hybrid/Cath Lab OR Rooms as well as 42 new Trauma Bays all new construction working with the GC and other trades to ensure all conduit, electrical, network, structure support, and medical device equipment such as booms and spring arms were to the clients specifications for Olympus's installation needs.
Phase 2 began February of 2021 for a remodeled section of Memorial Hermann but due to construction issues I pushed for Olympus to not return until May of 21 allowing time for the construction crew to get the rooms in a better standing as there were water leaks, and various constructions items that posed a risk to the audio/video equipment and cabling. Upon our return I manged and led a 15 standard Operating Room installation along with three CVOR 4K installations and 6 trauma bay rooms. in which we completed November of 2021.
Phase 3 began in October of 2022 for a remodeled section of Memorial Hermann of 4 EP Labs and 3 standard Operating Rooms in which we completed the last room on the week of 11/14/22 with successful configuration and testing.
All these projects were met well within the timelines of the Hospitals schedule to go live having no interruptions or delays from Olympus during or after these installations.
