  • Oversees and maintains various energy management systems, including tracking utility usage, and making recommendations for energy savings.
  • Conducts building audits/condition assessments and makes recommendations for inclusion of maintenance projects and/or capital projects through the annual budget process. Assists with the development of operating and capital budget information, including long range planning for capital needs.
