Responsible for loading & unloading trucks, Pulling customer orders & overseeing crew of 3 in day to day operations

• Was part of building the Porter Gaud upper school project, which is a private school where we built the upper class high school building. Was in charge of the finishes and owners walk and close out of this project. Also was involved in building Merrill Gardens an assisted living facility, where I was the common area superintendent. Was responsible for the start to finish of all the common space including the commercial kitchen area.

• Different projects I was in charge of different phases of the construction. Such as framing super, drywall super and even finish super. Couple of projects I took units to owner acceptance.

• Was responsible for scheduling subs, creating the 2 week schedule. Controlled the framing, drywall and finishes. Was also responsible for turn over to owner.

• Responsible for all aspects of the assistant roll on all the projects I have worked on.
