Founding member of Managed Cloud Operations team, working to design automation for applications that run on Amazon Web Services.


From 2019-2020 I've helped to grow GE Managed Cloud Product through account provisioning, vulnerability remediation, and automation integration:


  • Provisioned 200+ GE employees / contractors with fine tuned roles to fit their specific roles and responsibilities. All while following AWS best security practices.
  • Wrote/Updated lambda scripts while assisting with making Business Unit facing dashboard application showing to show customers specific compliance reporting statistics and vulnerabilities.
  • Facilitated creation and transition of our legacy Managed Cloud Account infrastructure to provided room for scalability while simultaneously assisting with deployment of account provisioning pipeline in our framework. Automating detailed configuration of AWS accounts.
  • Participated in remediation of code red vulnerabilities. Attended meeting, stand-ups, workshops, working directly with customers and to remediate code defects, policy updates, account cleanups, certificate renewals, migrations, MFA ennoblement, and various other tasks.
  • Provided bottom-up support for contractors, federated users, and team members.
  • Discovered and fixed automation issues within documentation saving customers thousands of dollars in space provisioning.
  • Regularly met and collaborated with security and networking teams to remediate issues while fostering good team building.

During 2021 I've continued to support the Managed Cloud Product, while also coordinating with the Cloud Services Team by:

  • Mitigating risk of 1000+ Security Concerns
  • Working directly with Security Auditing team to alleviate / mitigate security concerns
  • Helped to identify and then remediate various security groups, NACLS, and networking related obstacles.
