-Complete Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).

-Conducts individual and group therapy sessions.

-Maintains consistent contact with assigned clients.

-Utilizes evidence based therapeutic interventions.

-Collaborates with internal and external service providers (i.e. psychiatry, primary care, referral sources,etc.) to ensure continuity of care.

-Responds to crises in a timely manner.

-Provides comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic treatments.

- Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data.

- Provide interventions to students to assist in managing behaviors.

- Substitute Teach as needed; Act as a Paraprofessional as needed.

- Maintain alertness for problems likely to disrupt the educational process or to be a safety concern and correct and report these conditions Respond to emergency situations.

- Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff.

-Employ data-based decision-making regarding multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessments and behavioral approaches.

-Build leadership to effectively help students succeed.

-Develop positive behavioral and academic interventions.

-Monitor student progress and evaluations, program evaluations, and consult with educational staff, parents, and other professionals.

-Leading small group interventions for academic and social-emotional concerns.

-Completing social-emotional learning assessments

-Providing individual counseling to students across academic and social-emotional domains.

-Collaborating with student support teams, IEP support teams, and Professional Learning Community teams to facilitate student success.

-Negotiate the sale, lease, or development of property and completing or reviewing appropriate documents.

-Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, representing one or the other.

-Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchasing agreements and closing statements.

-Networking and prospecting, using KW's proven systems and models.

-Prospect for new leads to promote new business.
