  • Oversee all maintenance requirements at Twin Creeks Community Association which includes: 2 Amenity Centers, 3 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, two volleyball courts, 3 half basketball courts, office facility, four water features, 3 ponds, and 54 acres of common area including a gated community.
  • Maintain and repair various equipment and property assets or contact proper vendor to conduct the required maintenance, repair or replacement as needed.
  • Purchase items as needed for repair or replacement of equipment and assets by use of HOA credit card or check request.
  • Create and execute work orders.
  • Create Estimate Worksheets and/or RFP for projects to be given to vendors/contractors for proposals.
  • Contact vendors as needed for various projects. Receive proposals, verify information, compare and match to other proposals if multiples submitted and compile information to be given to onsite manager.
  • Oversee landscape and irrigation service & maintenance. Participate in a monthly landscape maintenance inspection conducted by a third party vendor.
  • Create work order and contact vendor for tree trimming service or tree removal work as needed.
  • Oversee all pool service and repair. Perform interim pool service in the off season (1-2 days per week) and as needed at other times.
  • Pressure wash amenity center and pool areas and furniture.
  • Receive invoices for work performed. Verify completion of work and done per specifications. Sign invoices and forward to accounts payable to process for payment.

  • Act as liaison between the HOA and property owners & builders during the construction of custom homes in the Wimberley Place Estates gated community. This position includes: All communication between the property owners and their builder, Receiving of construction plans for the Architectural Review process, Communication with and submitting plans to the Review Architect. Preparing and submitting construction plans and Review Application Documents to the New Construction Committee (NCC). Receiving all change requests and variance requests from property owners, packaging it by combining written requests and attachments to be sent to the Review Architect as needed and to the NCC. Send response and all correspondence from the HOA, NCC, and Review Architect to property owner & builder.
  • Operate various hand and power tools to complete repairs.
