Summary

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), my passions is to help, support, and empower people, with disabilities and other diagnoses. As a person with disabilities, I understand the need to be seen and understood for my strengths, especially that of working with, not against my disabilities. I wish to support individuals, their families and/or caretakers in advocating for their needs and maintaining their dignity. My approach to my work is rooted having a healthy relationship with one's disability, understanding it, and problem solving how to achieve one's goals using strengths that are already present or developing new strengths from the benefits a disability could present.
