Summary

The many years I spent in the solar industry have allowed me to work in some of the richest, upscale residential areas in the state. I've acquired the skills to perform routine maintenance and repairs on a high, efficient and effective level. I take pride in my work and always work to the best of my ability, leaving nothing to chance. It's my personal belief to always perform task to the best of my ability and making sure the job is done in a professional manner. I have many, many years of experience in the work field specific to the applicable position. Particularly, but not limited to, inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues, troubleshooting and repairs, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems. My work with Neal Construction equipped me with skills in framing, painting, drywall repairs and irrigation systems. I'm a very quick learning if and when a particular job requires something different. I most certainly have the ability to assist with apartment turnovers and ensure units are in top condition for new residents. I'll have no problem with responding to resident maintenance requests in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintaining a clean and organized maintenance shop and equipment is well within my nature. It's something that I convey to my work crew now. I look forward to collaborating with the property management team and fellow maintenance staff in any capacity required.
