Worked as a customer facing technician providing repair and installation of Verizon wire line copper and fiber services. Very well trained in understanding customer communications wants and needs also at  providing a world class customer service experience. Worked on all platforms from copper wiring to Fiber Optics.


Worked as an instructor in various locations around the state of Virginia; Eubank Rd. Richmond, Va.  Granby St. Norfolk Va. Holland Rd. Suffolk, Va. and Lynn St. Norfolk , Va. I was Responsible for the training of new hires as I&M (installation and maintenance) field technicians, and their continuing education.  Topics of training were safety, use of PPE, customer care, problem resolutions, and various equipment used day to day by technicians on the job.


Instructed courses in Basic I&M during the various hiring phases for the past 20 years.

Trained Technicians on the use of  various meters used during Installation and maintenance field calls  i.e. brownie volt meter- Sidekick, Dynatel, DSL Meters, EXFO,  SPIRENT Flex Meter and Tech Tablet.


Most recent course instructed was the EPIC/ FiOS overview  training (2018) at the new Lynn St Training center in Norfolk, VA.  Took over 180 FiOS techs. thru this 1 day refresher class involving customer contact skills, Lead to Succeed, TT2.0, Spirent Flex Tech meter,  Circuit View, and VMS diagnostics training. Success of class was based on reduction in 7day repeat rates, HPD and increased sales thru LTS.  I also assisted the Leesburg and Richmond Virginia instructors with the EPIC classes for their regions.
