In this role, you will be a member of the Benefits Outsourcing Customer Experience team which is responsible for facilitating the delivery of compelling product and technology messages to current and prospective clients. This includes improving the consistency and effectiveness of communicating our technology enhancements and roadmap. You will support defining key messages regarding how our technology addresses our clients' needs and the needs of their employees, retirees and family members. You will support the execution of internal and external marketing that promote Benefits Outsourcing products and services. You will partner with marketing, sales, and design colleagues to execute projects and activities, as well as work directly with Benefits Outsourcing client delivery teams on client presentations and messaging.
  
The Role
  
This role may be located out of any US Willis Towers Watson office. 
  
In this role you will execute innovative campaigns that promote the value of our solutions. In order to be effective, you will partner with colleagues, execute activities and promote a consistent brand across Benefits Outsourcing. You will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns and content for videos, podcasts and other media, measure effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement based on those metrics. The successful candidate will bring innovative approaches and compelling messaging for our Benefits Outsourcing product and services. 
  
Examples of your responsibilities include:

* Coordinate with marketing to develop and deliver content for meetings, social media, web, and email campaigns
* Facilitate the scheduling and organizing of internal and external meetings to promote awareness of our Outsourcing technology capabilities
* Organize and coordinate the execution of email campaigns, including the management of recipient mailing lists 
* Manage the process to request and collect feedback via surveys and other mechanisms 
* Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings including content development, logistics and related communication. 
* Assist in the development of videos, podcasts, webcasts, presentation collateral, etc. 
* Collaborate with sales and client delivery colleagues to align initiatives with client management and sales efforts 
  
Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, strong writing and editing skills, relevant experience with communicating and marketing software and services, excellent project management, communication and team skills and the ability to work autonomously.

The Requirements 

* Bachelor's degree with a preferred concentration in marketing, communications or equivalent
* 4+ years of relevant experience in communicating or marketing software or technology within the consulting, financial services, insurance or human resources industries
* Excellent project management skills including successfully managing multiple projects on time and within budget 
* Ability to understand and translate complex or technical content into content that someone not specialized in a specific field can understand. 
* Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity and frequent changes in direction
* Demonstrated expertise and previous experience in content development
* Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused 
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
* Works efficiently and effectively under pressure in an environment of continuous improvement
* Diligent listening skills and succinct, focused written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills
