  • As a Sales Agent for Focus Services, I sold Hughesnet satellite internet and home phone bundles mainly to customers in rural areas, before doing so I was tasked with gathering information from customers such as their location to ensure we serviced their area, their typical internet usage to ensure I recommended the proper plan for them, and of course their preferred monthly payment options, and I was responsible for customers personal and payment information. I was also selected as one of the first agents to pilot a sales program for clearlink, during which time I sold Centurylink internet, Directv, and home phone bundles. Among these agents I was selected as the Sales Manager of this program due to my performance as an agent and willingness to lead and help my fellow employees.
  • As a manager I was charged with monitoring agents’ calls and attendance records, live listening to calls and coaching agents on quality assurance, compiling and reporting sales data to my director, meeting with agents prior to each shift in order to prepare and motivate agents, and limited corrective action in the form of warnings and write ups.

  • I began as a part time employee at burger when I was in high school, then upon graduation made the transition to full time employee. As a cook I was trained to prepare orders promptly and neatly, ensure quality of food, monitor and manage inventory to ensure freshness and safety, and to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • As a Shift Supervisor, I was charged with monitoring cashiers and cooks to ensure they were promptly and properly serving customers while also serving customers myself, counting and switching out TILs at every shift change, counting all TILs at closing to ensure they were balanced, ensuring the store was properly cleaned and all waste was accounted for, and reporting TIL balance and waste to my director.
