· Lead and manage the Admissions and Financial Aid office, the Marketing and Communications office and the Development office.

· Oversee the Admissions and Marketing Committee and the Advancement Committee of the board of trustees.

· Responsible for the capital campaign and the annual fund targets.Serve as the lead Major Gift Officer for the school.

· Completely revamped the annual fund campaign that was at $235,000 upon my arrival in 2023. Currently at $400,000 and on track to end the year at $450,000.

· Overhauled annual fund campaign by eliminating booster and arts memberships making the annual fund the expectation for all families and added theme of “Every Family, Every Year”

· Added annual fund co-chairs and grade liaison structure to annual fund campaign. Added expectation to give beyond tuition to admissions pages.Utilized Printers Proof appeal.

· Created a family of funds donor centered approach.

· Established a brand new corporate partners program allowing business to reach our families. Comprehensive approach that included banners on the main field and in the gym, in arts programs, announcements at games and on website. The corporate partner program has resulted in over $300.000 in new support.

· Increased capital giving to Building for Tomorrow campaign from under $5m to $10.6m in less than three years. Secured five $100,000 gifts and have made three asks this fall of $2.5m,$1.5 and $1m for naming rights in a proposed new space.

· Brought a new major gift approach to Trinity utilizing gift pyramids and five year gift commitments to help secure new support.

· Oversaw new science building groundbreaking, addressing and welcoming all donors to historic event.

· Oversee all alumni relations including homecoming, reunions and alumni chapter events.

· Rebranded and increased annual giving leadership giving levels, elevating total giving and marketing families to move towards leadership levels of support.

· Established a new corporate sponsorship program that grew to a consistent support of over $150,000 annually.

· Led the Building Bright Futures Campaign from start to finish overseeing all aspects of running a capital campaign including: feasibility study, silent phase support, public kick off event at the Nascar Hall of Fame,grand opening celebration and donor stewardship..

· Raised over $7.4m in less than three years..

· Led numerous major gift campaigns including:

  • Athletic lights: $400,000.
  • Dining hall expansion: $500,000.
  • Athletic Turf Field: $400,000.
  • Multi-purpose athletic building: $500,000.
  • E-sports addition $250,000

· Led the silent phase of the Flourishing Futures campaign, raising $6 million in eight months.

· Personally secured the largest gift in school history of $2m during the silent phase. Flew solo to California to meet donor and secure the lead gift.

· Raised over $600,000 for endowed scholarship to honor the retiring Head of School. Established the Matt Gossage Endowed Fund that fully funds one student annually.

· Created and led a successful Board of Visitors that met twice per year bringing a talented group of parents, alumni parents and community leaders together.

· Started a comprehensive alumni program with Homecoming, reunions, Arts and Athletics Hall of Fame and alumni chapter events. Created an alumni board that previously did not exist.
